Our headoffice is located in Kunshan, a charming water city lying on the south of the Yangtze River. It is like a glittering pearl between Shanghai and Suzhou. It is also the birthplace of Kun Opera which was awarded by the UN “Human Being’s Representation Work of Oral and Non-Substance”. Zhouzhuang, as a typical model of the old water towns, is in fact China,s No.1 water town. All these are the ever-lasting cultural backgrounds of Kunshan.
Kunshan is a new industrial and commercial city with modern civilization. It has won the following titles successively: the nation's cleanest city, model city in environment protection, an advanced city among all other cities throughout China for its outstanding accomplishment in tourism, nation's forest garden city and the city with nation's ecological demonstration zones. Kunshan has also been recommended as one of the most praiseworthy cities regarding the investment environment in the mainland by Taiwan Electrical and Electronic Manufacturers Association. Kunshan won the second place in the comprehensive assessment of the social economy for nation's county-level cities in the year of 2003. It has just won the title of China's Most Charming City for the year of 2004 in CCTV's program telecasting China's Charming Cities 2004. |
